Jonathan started diving into his health and fitness in 2013 soon after his father passed away from lung cancer. As his talent and passion for movement increased, so did the sense of responsibility to share the lessons learned from this journey. As Jonathan began helping individuals with their health and fitness back in 2014, he quickly started noticing some of the negative side effects that can arise in individuals (including himself) from distorted perceptions regarding exercise, self image and longevity. This led to a new path in the field of movement that Jonathan calls "Putting PLAY back into fitness" and this concept is born from his 15+ years of studying music and improvisation. Much like music, the disciplines you see here will show you the basics, the technique, and many sequences, then you are encouraged to PLAY with these new movements in creative and personal ways.
